To change your TrackFlow subscription plan, navigate to your Profile and select **Billing Details**. From there, you can view your current plan details and click **Upgrade** or **Downgrade** to choose a different plan. Changes will be calculated prorated on your next invoice billing cycle.

All invoices generated for your subscription payments are archived in the **Profile & Billing > Invoices** section. You can view, print, or download a high-quality PDF invoice by clicking the **Download PDF** button next to each invoice item.

TrackFlow enforces high standards for all major streaming platforms. Ensure your audio files are uploaded in lossless **WAV format (16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1kHz)**. Cover artworks must be perfectly square with a minimum resolution of **3000 x 3000 pixels** in JPG or PNG format, without any blurry or low-quality elements.

Once you click **Submit Release**, it goes to our label operations queue for manual review. This typically takes **1 to 3 business days**. Once approved, streaming platforms usually take **2 to 5 additional days** to distribute the release worldwide. We highly recommend scheduling your release at least **14 days in advance**.

Once your available royalty balance meets our minimum threshold, navigate to **Financial > Current Balance**. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, select or register a valid payout method (such as Bank Transfer or PayPal), and click **Submit Withdrawal Request**. Approvals are processed within **3 business days**.
